What is the high pressure suspension grinding mill? First, its high pressure spring design. The grinding device of the main unit is equipped with 1000-1500kg pressure springs. When the machine starts working, the grinding roller rolls with the ring under the action of high pressure spring and centrifugal force. Compared with Raymond mill, this mill’s rolling pressure in the process is its 120%, thus the capacity has been raised 20%-30%.
Second, the smoothly vibration reduce design of the machine. The main unit and upside classifier are connected by spring, and sealed with soft belt, reducing the noise and avoiding sympathetic vibration.
Third, its convenient impeller adjustment design. It is the gap between the impeller and shell that fundamentally determines the powder fineness. And this gap can be adjusted according to different demands from customers, which is also the highlight part.
