 Silicon carbide production process

The hardness of silicon carbide is very high, the Mohs hardness is 9.3~9.5, and it is hexagonal crystal. Specific production process is

1.The use of forklift or manual silicon carbide into the jaw crusher, grinding to enter the mill particle size, adjust the discharge port, easy to smooth discharge. 

2.The small pieces of pulverized silicon carbide are sent to the silo by the bucket elevator, and then evenly quantified into the Raymond mill by the vibration feeder for grinding in the grinding room.

3.The pulverized silicon carbide powder is graded by the separator, and the unqualified powder is graded by the separator and returned to the host machine for re-grinding.

4.The silicon carbide fine powder that meets the requirements is separated and collected by the air flow through the pipe into the dust collector, and the collected finished powder is sent by the conveying device through the discharge port into the finished product warehouse, and then unified packaging.
